They have replaced a refrigerator, AC UNIT, new carpet, installed a microwave. Whatever you ask for Great washer dryer with an app you can install on your phone. You can pay for the washer and dryer through your phone and it also let you know when your laundry is done.The property management always Responding quickly

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — Great place to live. Walls are a bit thin so just be cautious of that. Everything else has been great for me. Been here for almost 7 years or so.
|Recommended: YesJust Moved In — Love it already. Everyone is so nice. The apartment is a perfect sized studio.
|Recommended: YesI moved here the first week of November 2021. This place is, quiet, the rent and utilities are wicked cheap and the grounds are very well maintained. This place Close to alot of restaurants and stores especially Walmart. The office ladies are very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Sophie for working with me and helping to this apartment I would definitely recommend this place.
|Recommended: YesNeighbours — We've been here for about 2 3 years now and have generally had no problem. Over the last year or so, the people that now live above us are terrible They're up and noisy at the worst hours of the night. They sounds like they have a treadmill which they aren't supposed to. They are just generally obnoxious.
