Great location. Affordable. Pool.submitted by Clint B. - |Recommended: YesGreat location near beach and downtown Portsmouth. Friendly staff. Standard apartment, good price for area. Pool on property. Lower utility bill, due to good insulation.
I love Patriots Park. Safest apartment complex in Portsmouth.submitted by Molly M. - |Recommended: YesIt's like living in an apartment. The neighbors can be noisy, but, you live in an apartment. Maintenance is absolutely amazing when it comes to responding to problems and requests. There is the ability to become part of the community within the development or just keep to yourself. Very clean complex on all levels. Incredibly friendly people both in the office maintenance and living within the dwellings as well. Very family friendly environment also. The office will generally communicate with you on any issues that arise within a timely manner via whatever means you prefer. Overall good apartment complex community.
Comfy Homesubmitted by Shannon G. - |Recommended: YesWe have lived here for 7 months and haven't had any issues. Parking is alright, people sometimes take our spot and we have to park in a guest spot but it's not frequently. We rarely hear our neighbors which is great. Security walks around at night which makes it feel really safe. The nature around makes it feel cozy and like you're in your own little home.
Great placesubmitted by Deeps A. - |Recommended: Yeswe lived here for 3 years and it was nice and cheaper compared to nearest apartments. We save money for our downpayment
A snow removal problem solvedsubmitted by John J. - |Recommended: YesI came home last night from a library trustees meeting, it was raining and woke up this morning to 6 of snow. I dusted my car off in preparation for moving my car to the circle an area near the pool in order to vacate the lot so they could plow. But my car was at the end of the lot and the accumulated snow from the whole lot had accumulated. A couple of feet of snow was blocking my car and I had only a plastic shovel and I am 77 years old and neither of us was equipped to attack the 5ft snowbank. When the plow came by I shared my problem with Michael, one of our maintenance men and a plow guy he understood and said that they had a front end loader coming over to solve the problem but in the meantime, he'll have someone bring a snow blower over so my car to be moved. He said He could come up to get keys and move it for me but I demurred. This is how they solve problems here. Courteously and directly. Thank you, Micheal.
